Careful and extensive research has been collated for most major cities in the developed world on suitable locations to host potential travelling exhibitions or fixed exhibition projects.

Relationships have been nurtured and maintained in key locations and venues to enable Grande Exhibitions to develop a strong client base and network of decision makers.

For all travelling exhibitions and fixed exhibition projects local advice is obtained in a selected city to highlight and expose the specific positive and negative factors of potential sites.

When a city and venue has been selected to exhibit, a strong emphasis is placed on sourcing the right media suppliers, outlets and mediums to ensure maximum exposure within a particular market. We feel each city and its people have a unique pulse which must be identified and exposed accordingly.

Site visits are conducted by key staff for fact finding missions and to forge strong relationships with chosen marketing partners.

Attention is given to the specific local media procedures and trends to develop a unique promotional schedule. This allows for the market to be saturated in the most suitable way to achieve maximum exposure.

Daily, weekly and monthly analysis is undertaken on all PR & marketing activities to ensure each campaign is delivered as agreed.
